We are bad news to lethargy, mediocrity and despair.

SMILE delivers learning ranging from accredited programmes to professionally designed programmes for groups and/or individuals. We service all sectors of companies or groups; from individuals, organisations, public entities and government departments. Based in Bloemfontein, we services the nine provinces of South Africa.

SMILE is dedicated to creating and developing a nation of leaders and communicators. Our staff comes with impeccable experience and credentials for the benefit of our clients. Sipho Mnyakeni has coached a number of other gifted facilitators who share his passion of personal mastery and organizational development. They form the dynamic team of SMILE facilitators.

The following constitute some of the divisions in SMILE.

¨ SMILE Training - Running workshops and seminars on various accredited and non- accredited programmes.

¨ SMILE Consulting - SMILE Consulting specialises in the delivery of high quality consulting services, products and solutions in areas of strategy development, change management, project management, leadership training and development, and various other management consulting solutions.

¨ SMILE Spoken Word Academy - Through experiential learning and role playing. SMILE develops poets, speakers and comedians to add to the database of insight, laughter and information.

¨ SMILE Mentorship Club - Individuals with common interest in personal development gather under the auspices of SMILE Mentorship Club to share ideas and coach each other as they find their way in this industry. Sipho is also a personal success coach of a number of individuals, including musicians, soccer players, etc.
