Hola 7: I am better than that : In this presentation, Sipho urges the audience to ensure that their lives are complete. He calls on them to adopt a ‘btt’ attitude. ‘better than that’. Using lyrics fom Destiny’s child’s famous survivor song and the township greeting of ‘Hola 7’, he encourages listeners to be better people and go beyond present obstacles that seek to destroy them.

Trapped in the Closet: Conceptualized during a period when R- Kelly’s ‘trapped in the closet’ song was a hit; this talk identifies 6 closets that hinder people from reaching their full potential. He argues that when we get out of these closets – progress and excellence become inevitable.

RUN!!!!! DESTINY BECKONS: Through this talk the audience is led to the end of their journey so that they can see their destiny before they embark on the adventure. Once they have seen where they are headed, he brings them back to where they are and then urges them to RUN. Remember the past. Understand the present and to Never give up on their future because their destiny awaits them.

LESSONS FROM THE REVOLUTION : Sipho draws lessons from the way blacks overcame the great monster of apartheid in South Africa. He suggests that if we use the same principles used during the anti-apartheid revolution, we can defeat any obstacles that seek to colonize our dreams.

STUFF CHAMPS ARE MADE OF (THE KAIZERCHIEFS STORY): During the 2004/5 PSL soccer season in South Africa, the championship was decided on the last day, with Kaizer Chiefs emerging winners, dethroning a team that had been occupying the first position for almost all season. Sipho suggests that there are motivational lessons to be learnt from the Kaizer Chiefs team of that season. and more ....
